Pride Current Watch Parties

Seattle Pride Hockey Association is eager to show the community that Hockey is for Everyone. One way to do so is to create a safe and welcoming space for all. If you don’t know hockey, that’s fine! We’re confident that there will be attendees who are thrilled to tell you all about this fast-paced, intense, yet fun, game.

The short answer is no. However, it’s important we understand the number of attendees to ensure the host is not overwhelmed and can provide great service to everyone, including those not in attendance of the Pride Current Watch Party. In addition, if you do RSVP/register, you will be eligible to participate in any raffle prizes we may offer at any given watch party date (individuals whom do not register/RSVP are unable to participate).

It depends on the location of the Pride Current Watch Party. We will publish age limitations on each date – either “All Ages” or “21+”. If you are unsure, please email us at Pride.Current@SeattlePrideHockey.org to confirm.

No, all Pride Current Watch Party dates are free to attend and open to the community. We simply ask that you register / RSVP for anyone aged 18 and older.

Yes, this is absolutely on our radar and we’re already putting together plans! However, we must first establish a ‘community’ – a group large enough to warrant attending an actual Seattle Kraken home game at Climate Pledge Arena. Be sure to sign up for our email list and stay tuned!

1. We need a host to have on display the Seattle Kraken home and away game along with the audio, as well as closed captioning. This requires having such a subscription to display the game (Root Sports for regional broadcasts; ESPN/ABC or ESPN+/Hulu).
2. The host would ideally have a kitchen for dinner and/or appetizers for purchase by attendees.
3. While not expected during our infancy stages, we desire to have a co-branded menu (your logo +Pride Current Watch Party logo) with food & drink specials for attendees, in addition to your bar/kitchen regular menu.
4. Seattle Pride Hockey Association will promote your business on our website as an official host of the Pride Current Watch Party program, as well as on our social media channels (currently boasting a combined 3,000+ followers averaging roughly 20k-30k impressions per post/story).
5. We’ll have a schedule on our website with the watch party dates + locations.
6. For each night you host, we will post to all our socials our combined logos, with information on how to attend.
