We’re hosting the first-ever Icebreaker Welcome Reception, a formal welcome reception for tournament participants and their guests on Thursday evening, June 6, 2024. 6 PM – 10 PM at the Astra Hotel Seattle Seattle’s South Lake Union, we could use a tremendous amount of support for load-in, setup, guest management, strike and load out throughout the evening.

Photographer
If you are a professional or aspiring photographer and wish to capture footage and share it with tournament participants by way of a watermark on your photographs, we welcome any and all artists to photograph at their leisure throughout the weekend. The tournament is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please reference the Schedule for times.
If you operate a photography business and have a logo, we’re happy to display and promote your logo on our supporters canvas and display it on our website.
Videographer
WE LOVE B ROLL! Even if you are just learning how to capture video footage, come put your skills to work at the Seattle Pride Classic 2024. Point and shoot your video camera of participants hoisting the championship trophy; or spectators dancing in the stands. Whatever the case may we, there is never enough B roll. All content captured will be provided with credits, if used. You are invited to shoot footage at your leisure throughout the tournament weekend. The tournament is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please reference the Schedule for times.
If you operate a video business and have a logo, we’re happy to display and promote your logo on our supporters canvas and display it on our website.
Hotel Desk Attendant
We have a lot of participants who stay at our host hotel. It’s important for a Seattle Pride Classic representative to be present and ensure participants have no issues getting to or from the venue. The hotel desk attendant would be responsible for ensuring all participants successfully check into their rooms, receive a copy of the welcome letter as well as a copy of the shuttle schedule.
In addition, you would oversee the nightly hotel guest reception hosted at the hotel.
Score Entry Coorindator
At the conclusion of each game throughout the weekend, we need support with inputting all the score & stats data into our main stats & standings website. This person would be seated back of house and scoresheets would funnel to this role for input throughout the day.
First Aid / Medical
While it is our sincerest desire for everyone to have a safe and healthy weekend, you never know when an accident can strike. We’re looking for trained & certified volunteer medics / EMT to provide aid if an event arises. Throughout the course of play, if no events are happening, this is a great event to mix and socialize with the local and national hockey community, including current and/or former National Hockey League pros and other special guests.
