Thank you for your interest in partnering with Seattle Pride Hockey Association! We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization who is dedicated to creating large-scale, inclusive hockey programs that celebrate diversity and community.
Our flagship program – the Seattle Pride Classic – is the most inclusive and largest pride hockey tournament globally, bringing together ~300 players across 20 teams and welcoming an average of 5,000 spectators annually. Beyond this premier tournament, we host a variety of community-driven programs throughout the year, fostering a welcoming and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ athletes and allies.
We rely on the support of diverse independent contractors, vendors and marketplace merchants across the region to help make these programs a success. If you’re interested in collaborating with us, please provide your information below. We’ll review submissions and reach out if your products/services align with our needs.
We appreciate your interest and look forward to the possibility of working together!
DIFFERENCES
Within our programs, we work with both independent contractors / vendors and marketplace merchants, each playing a distinct role in supporting and enhancing our community experience.
Defining Independent Contractor / Vendor and Market Merchant
Independent Contractor / Vendor – Provides products or services directly to SPHA to help facilitate its programs. These may include referees, photographers, jersey suppliers, or other product/service providers essential to program operations.
Marketplace Merchant– Sells products or services directly to participants at SPHA programs. Merchants pay a registration fee to set up a booth or table at our programs and operate independently.
By distinguishing these roles, we ensure clarity in partnerships and provide the best possible experience for our community.
